Role Overview
As IT Product Owner for Supply Chain, you will lead the management of digital platforms and drive projects that enable the Avio Aero Supply Chain team to meet the unique requirements and regulations of military programs. You will ensure alignment with civil program platforms, leveraging shared blueprints, infrastructures, and vendors to maximize efficiency.
Essential Responsibilities
- Own the whole Digital application lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, adoption, and maintenance.
- Manage project schedule, risks, costs, and any non‑standard events ensuring successful delivery and measurable customer impact through KPIs.
- Act as a bridge between Business functions, IT, external stakeholders maintaining clear communication with end‑users and management.
- Contribute to the Digital operations to ensure business continuity, efficiency, and ongoing improvement.
- Proactively explore alternate technologies and make informed choices based on experience and impact analysis.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver digital solutions that meet military program requirements while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Ensure compliance to GE standards and practices, driving IT operational excellence.
- Partner with Business Leaders and Users to identify needs, improve business processes and deliver effective digital solutions.
- Ensure alignment with the broader GE Aerospace within DT Function.
- Strongly interact and collaborate within Digital Technology teams in all Sites.
- Develop key Business process knowledge to support Supply Chain operations.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
- Good knowledge of Supply Chain processes.
- Problem‑solving and continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
- Team‑oriented attitude and inclusiveness.
- Ability to work in ambiguity and deliver solutions with clear assumptions.
- Ability to exploit new technologies to improve Supply Chain processes.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and drive adoption across diverse teams.
- Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written).
- Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required.

- Previous experience in similar role.
- Good customer‑oriented approach with a focus on quality and cost.
- Competencies in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to use Lean and 6 sigma tools and drive change.
- Good analytical and problem resolution skills.
