The ideal candidate has over 5 years of IT experience, proven project management skills, and a technical background in networks and security. Fluency in Italian and English is required. We are looking for a talented and proactive IT Manager to join our fast-growing, high-performing team in Milan.

This role goes beyond classic IT support: you will be responsible for leading IT projects, managing external partners, and ensuring that technology empowers our people and business functions at every level, including our HQ and global retail network (50 stores in Europe and USA).

What you’ll do:

• Lead IT projects, from requirements gathering to successful delivery, to enhance operational efficiency, reliability, and security of TLG’s IT systems.

• Oversee IT infrastructure and daily operations across HQ and retail stores.

• Manage external vendors and ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Support employee lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding) in collaboration with HR, and work closely with Tech, Office, and other business functions to deliver effective IT solutions.

• Select, motivate and supervise the IT team.
  

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in IT.

• Proven experience in IT project management and infrastructure oversight.

• Technical background in networks, security, and system administration.

• Experience managing external vendors and IT service providers.

• Exposure to retail IT operations or distributed physical locations.

• Proactive with strong communication, ownership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluency in Italian and English.
