The role involves supporting hardware and software systems, ensuring data protection, and managing supplier relationships. Candidates should have a good command of English, strong interest in IT, and solid knowledge of LAN and Active Directory. A high school diploma or degree in Information Technology is preferred. • Ensure continuous support to all company employees, focusing on installation, configuration and problem resolution related to Hardware and Software Systems.
• Ensure backup and data protection services, proposing solutions to maintain a good level of performance.

The resource, within the Information Technology Department, will support the IT Infrastructure Team with the following activities:

• Ensure continuous support to all company employees, focusing on installation, configuration and problem resolution related to Hardware and Software Systems
• Ensure backup and data protection services, proposing solutions to maintain a good level of performance
• Support in suppliers management and relation (Data Center, Fixed and Mobile Telephony, Network, ecc.)
