Job Summary

We are looking for an ISC Analyst who will be responsible for reporting and controlling activities, digitalization and process improvement initiatives for operational excellence through World Class Manufacturing (WCM) in integrated Supply Chain (ISC) within Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Region. You will be providing regional expertise in ISC processes and support solving system issues as well as identifying and prioritizing improvement opportunities.

What You Will Do

As an ISC Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • Lead and drive innovation and digitilization, together with key stakeholders to improve performance and ISC processes end-to-end (e.g. Capacity & Material Planning, Transportation, others)
  • Streamline ISC processes through standardization and automation
  • Ensure correct and timely reporting of KPIs for all metrics concerning Integrated Supply Chain (ISC)
  • Run loss intelligence to improve process and KPI performance and support ISC teams with loss analysis and improvement opportunities
  • Support the expansion of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) to attack supply chain related losses
  • Support ISC teams (endusers and Business Experts) to advise and resolve system issues, identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
  • Analyze and support solution design (processes and technologies) for optimized process flows and productivity
  • Conduct / support process reviews and follow up on the agreed actions
We believe you have
  • At least 2 years of Supply Chain experience
  • A University Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Business Administration
  • Self driven with analytics skills and good ability to work cross-functionally and with external partners
  • Knowledge of theory and practice of supply chain management, especially within planning, transportation and warehousing
  • Proven ability working with supply chain processes within medium / large organizations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Expert of relevant IT platforms
  • Very good command of written and spoken English
  • Strong knowledge and experience of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methods and successful application
  • Project management skills
