Investment Analyst – Real Estate at Aegis FSI

Aegis FSI is a recruiter specialised in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Finance, Banking and Insurance market. On behalf of an international Real Estate Investor & Developer we are looking for an :

Our client, a leading international real estate company, is looking for a motivated professional to join its Investment team. The position is suited for someone with at least two years of experience in the real estate sector, strong analytical skills, and a keen interest in contributing to high-quality investment processes.

The position provides the chance to assist strategic initiatives across a varied portfolio while working in a highly professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the investment team in analyzing potential real estate acquisitions and development opportunities through financial modeling and scenario analysis;
• Support the creation and management of cash flow projections and investment memoranda to aid decision-making;
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to provide data-driven insights on assets and sectors of interest, maintain the internal research material always up to date;
• Help prepare investment memoranda, pitch books, presentations and supporting materials for internal investment approvals;
• Interact with the other internal teams (asset management, construction, finance…) to share business assumptions, create internal consensus and deliver well-rounded cases for their submission;
• Support the due diligence process also in liaison with external advisors.

Requirements

• Strong academic background, ideally in Economics and Finance (engineering, mathematics will also be considered); a postgraduate education in real estate or related fields is considered a plus;
• 2–3 years of experience in the real estate investment sector;
• Entrepreneurial approach, focus on problem solving;
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, paying close attention to detail;
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, managing internal and external stakeholders;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point;
• Experience handling and analyzing large datasets is a strong advantage.
