We are currently a highly motivated and analytical

  • Inside Sales Specialist – to join our dynamic sales team, located in our Milan office.

This role is pivotal in supporting the strategic reorganization of the sales structure aimed at optimizing market leadership across Italy and Eastern Europe.

Your role
  • You take full responsibility for the preparation and adjustment of calculation models based on logistics, cost parameters, and profitability analysis to support sales strategies and client management.
  • You manage direct relationships with C category customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively, aligning with company standards and goals.
  • You provide analytical support for A and B customer evaluations, preparing calculation models and analyses to assist the Sales team in strategic decision-making and negotiations.
  • You support the Sales team by taking over routine data management and analysis, allowing them to focus on business development, client acquisition, and high-value engagements.
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proficient in data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage customer relationships and interact with the sales teams across Europe.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and CRM knowledge can be a plus.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and solving potential challenges.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in English, Italian and Polish is essential; languages of other EEU countries are a plus but not necessary.
  • Able to hybrid work from our office in Agrate Brianza MD
