Sales Development Representative – Italy

The role is crucial in driving new business development, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships with potential clients interested in our solution. The ideal candidate will be adept at communicating complex technical concepts to a non‑technical audience and consistently exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
Lead Generation & Qualification
  • Proactively identify and research potential new clients within target industries and verticals.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate new leads and qualify inbound inquiries.
  • Understand prospect's current IT security challenges and needs through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Determine the fit between prospect needs and our solutions, routing qualified opportunities to appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
Sales Pipeline Management
  • Manage and maintain an accurate and robust sales pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Schedule product demonstrations, discovery calls, and follow‑up meetings for the outside sales team.
Product Knowledge & Presentation
  • Develop a deep understanding of our value propositions.
  • Conduct compelling online presentations and demonstrations of our solutions.
Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work with the broader sales team to develop account strategies and achieve overall sales targets.
  • Track and report on sales activities, lead status, and pipeline progression regularly.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets and sales quotas.
Market Awareness
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and new cybersecurity threats and technologies.
  • Provide feedback to sales and marketing teams on market insights and customer feedback.
