As the leading solution for Practice Management & Patient Engagement, we are looking for an Inside Sales (all genders) to join our growing Sales Team.

We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales professional to identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by engaging potential customers, clearly communicating our platform's value, and supporting deal closures.

You will report to your Team Lead and work closely with our SDR team—who, while currently being built and expanded, will support you in initial outreach to prospects. You will also collaborate on cross-functional initiatives across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the entire sales cycle—from first contact to closing the deal.
  • Take full ownership of your pipeline and sales strategies to convert leads into customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide tailored solutions for healthcare professionals.
  • Identify growth opportunities based on your performance and results.
  • Contribute to AlfaDocs' ambitious goals and overall success.

Requirements :

  • 2-3 years of proven B2B sales experience (preferably in SaaS or healthcare), managing the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
  • Strong skills in driving negotiations, handling objections, and guiding prospects toward a purchase.
  • A consultative, value-driven approach, with the ability to build long-term relationships through active listening, transparency, and tangible outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal; empathetic, clear, and adaptable.
  • Experience in delivering product demos, uncovering customer needs, and translating these into tailored solutions.
  • Strong negotiation skills regarding pricing and contractual terms.
  • Fluency in Italian (native level) and advanced proficiency in English (B2/C1).

Administrative Info :

  • Contract: 1-year fixed-term with renewal potential.
  • Salary: €46,000 - €51,000 OTE.
  • Location: AlfaDocs GmbH, Dachauer Strasse, 17, 80335 Munich.
  • Office Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00, 1-hour lunch.
  • Trial Period: 30 days.
  • Start Date: July / September 2025.
