A leading recruitment firm in Rome is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the fit-out of a large industrial complex. The ideal candidate will possess at least 7 years of project management experience in construction, particularly in lab, office, or industrial environments. Fluent in both Italian and English, the Project Manager will manage activities through all phases of construction, ensuring compliance with local standards. The role allows for remote work in the pre-construction phase but requires on-site presence 2-3 days per week once construction begins.

• Proven track record in lab, office, or industrial fit-out projects.
