A leading company in procurement is seeking an Indirect Procurement Specialist for its HQ in Trevignano. We are looking for an Indirect Procurement Specialist to join our HQ in Trevignano (TV). Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the role will be responsible for managing and optimizing the purchasing of indirect goods and services, including facility management, ICT, marketing, travel, and business consultancy.
The position combines operational buying with strategic procurement, ensuring cost efficiency, supplier quality, and alignment with corporate goals.
Plan and manage procurement activities for indirect goods and services in line with company programs and budgets.
Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers, maintaining long-term and value-driven relationships.
Negotiate commercial conditions (pricing, delivery, payment terms, SLAs) to maximize efficiency and savings.
Collaborate with internal departments (HR, IT, Finance, Marketing, Operations) to ensure procurement supports business needs.
Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and innovation.
Support sustainability and compliance initiatives within the supplier base.
Manage supplier performance and conduct periodic evaluations.
Oversee procurement reporting, budgeting, and KPI tracking for indirect categories.
5–8 years of experience in procurement, preferably within industrial or structured organizations, with exposure to indirect categories.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Excellent analytical and financial acumen.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and independently define strategies.
Solid knowledge of ERP systems and procurement tools.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
