No prior experience in M&A or wealth management is necessary, as training will be provided. Successful candidates can look forward to high commissions and possible partnerships in the medium term.

Independent Consultant in Finance – M&A – Wealth – Real Estate

Hetmos is a consulting group structured around three high-value-added activities:

  • Hetmos M&A: mergers and acquisitions of small and lower mid-cap companies (tech, technical, and service companies);
  • Hetmos Real Estate: investment real estate and off-market transactions;
  • Hetmos Wealth: wealth structuring and engineering for executives and investors.

1) Your Role

As an Independent Consultant for Hetmos / Hetestate / Hetwealth, you act as a trusted liaison between your network and the group.

  • Introducing Hetmos to executives, investors, high-net-worth families, and influencers;
  • Identifying opportunities in M&A, strategic real estate, and wealth structuring;
  • Qualifying needs and initiating the relationship before handing it off to our teams;
  • Representing the group with a demeanor and communication aligned with premium standards;
  • Building lasting relationships with your contacts and the group.
2) Desired Profiles

We are primarily looking for networks and professional presence, more than CVs.

  • Consultants, bankers, wealth management advisors, lawyers, real estate agents, executives, family office advisors;
  • Active network of executives, investors, or decision-making clients;
  • Comfortable with confidential matters and high financial stakes;
  • Early-career candidates with qualified introductions;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and natural credibility;
  • Ability to open doors, even without initial technical expertise.

No prior expertise in M&A, real estate, or wealth management is required: we train and support all our consultants.

3) Requirements (Premium Sector)
