Role Overview:

The ICT Manager will be responsible for managing, implementing and maintaining the company's management systems within a highly innovative industrial context. The candidate will work across different departments, playing a key role in the digitization and optimization of business processes, supporting the technological and cultural transformation of the organization with the support of other key figures within the company.

In your role you will:

• Coordinate the implementation, maintenance and updating of company information systems.
• Analyze the operational processes of the various company departments to identify opportunities for improvement and digitization.
• Translate the operational needs of the departments into detailed technical specifications, adapting management solutions to company needs and related supporting documentation.
• Plan and manage projects for the implementation or improvement of IT systems, managing internal and external staff, in accordance with pre-established timelines and the assigned budget.
• Supervise the integration between ERP, MES and other company information systems (e.g. SAP S/4 Hana, SAP Fiori Hyperion, SAP BPC, SCADA, PLC, CRM, SRM, Vendors and Customers Web Portal).
• Coordinate activities and costs related to external suppliers and internal teams involved in projects.
• Ensure data quality, consistency and security across various company systems.
• Support and train internal staff in the optimal use of ERP and MES systems through the use of standardized user manuals.
• Collaborate with company management to define the technological roadmap and digitization and transformation projects (e.g. Industry 4.0, 5.0, Dematerialization, etc.).
• Promote cultural and technological change in the company departments involved.
• Ensure the coordination of the ITC team, supporting its technical and professional growth and guaranteeing the stability of the systems and their scalability.

The ideal candidate has:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Management Engineering or related disciplines.
• Proven experience in managing SAP S/4 Hana ERP and MES projects in complex industrial contexts.
• In-depth knowledge, with at least two complete E2E implementation cycles of an integrated ERP information system (SAP S/4 Hana is considered a fundamental requirement for the position, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, etc.) and MES systems.
• Familiarity with industrial software environments and basic development knowledge (SQL, API, MES/PLC integration, client-server architectures).
• Proven experience in managing digitization and technological change projects in production environments.
• Good knowledge of English.

Nice to have:

• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into functional specifications.
• Excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills.
• Project Management certifications (PMP, PMI, PRINCE2 or similar) are considered a plus.
• Passion for innovation and curiosity about AI will be considered distinctive characteristics for the role.

A contribution to the relocation plan, an individual training plan and a fixed and variable salary are provided.
