A leading luxury goods company near Florence is seeking an experienced HRIS Project Manager to oversee HR IT strategies. You will manage the roll-out of Core HR across subsidiaries and support local teams on HRIS topics. The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree, experience in HRIS project management, and be fluent in English and Italian. This role may require occasional travel to Milan.

Competenze

Overview

Our Client is a WW Luxury Goods Company, and for its Industrial plant and Operations (1.000 hc involved on Italy operations), near Florence - we are looking for a new role to support the worldwide HR IT strategic HCM project :

Position

We are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER on HUMAN RESOURCES INFORMATION SYSTEM / HRIS Project Manager to join our HR team and support the HR / IT organization while providing oversight on projects.

HRIS Project Manager's responsibilities include coordinating the roll out of CORE HR project on 3 different subsidiaries (Production & retail) linked with HQ based in Paris. The role will also be in charge to assist local teams on other different HRIS topics (Roll out of budget tool )

He / She will be working along with technical developers, local IT teams and the HR population.

The position is based in Italy near Firenze.

Occasional business trip can be required to Milan to assist and support the retail team.

Responsibilities
  • Overall Responsibilities
  • Main task : Project Management, Human Capital System Management
  • Support and coordinate local team on Core HR roll out
  • Keep track of and report on project progress
  • Complete any tasks assigned by the Global Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Global Project Manager orderly and efficiently
  • Supervise and implement projects linked with HR and IT
  • Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical functions
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or equivalent (Business School, university)
  • expertise on SAP platform about HCM integration processes;
  • minimum of 3-5 years in HRIS project management, HRIS, CORE HR, IT / HR Projects;
  • Experience with project management software (SuccessFactors SAP is a preference)
  • Knowledge on Italian payroll and payroll budget processes
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Italian (English fluent)
  • Ability to work well in a worldwide team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
