A leading humanitarian organization is seeking an HR Talent Management Consultant for a full-time role in Rome. The consultant will primarily focus on recruitment for international professionals and consultants within the School Meals Accelerator initiative. Key responsibilities include planning and leading recruitment, ensuring adherence to HR policies, drafting compelling job announcements, and managing diverse candidate pipelines. Strong sourcing strategies and a good understanding of diversity and inclusion principles are essential. Fluent English is required, and familiarity with relevant HR processes is a strong asset.

Competenze

  • At least three years of hands-on recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience with WFP HR processes is essential.
  • Experience with contracting of consultants is a strong asset.
