Una nota società di reclutamento cerca un professionista per gestire le funzioni HR. Il candidato ideale ha una laurea in economia o studi affini, 2-4 anni di esperienza in ruoli simili e competenze in software HR. Offriamo un contratto a tempo pieno con stipendio annuale lordo di €30,000 e un orario di lavoro dal lunedì al venerdì.

Competenze

  • Competenza nell'uso di software HR.
  • Capacità di gestire procedure amministrative e organizzative.

  • Gestire il processo di payroll e collaborare con lo studio di consulenza.

  • Gestire documenti, contratti e report.

Conoscenze

Job Overview

Grafton Office is a dedicated team focused on enhancing the experience, skills and potential of candidates in Accounting, Sales, Marketing, HR, Legal, Purchasing and Office Management. We are a group of passionate professionals working to guide our candidates toward roles and environments that best fit their competencies and expectations.

Responsibilities

Support the HR function in the operational management of administrative and organizational procedures concerning employees, dedicating yourself to the entire employee life cycle. In particular:

  • Payroll process management and collaboration with the consulting firm.
  • Management of the Zucchetti HR portal (monthly timecard posting, personal data management, data extraction, file upload).
  • Document, contract and reporting management.
  • Application and updating of HR policies and internal procedures.
  • Workplace safety: training, occupational medicine and accident handling.
  • Management of the annual training plan and personal training paths.
  • Temporary work management.

  • Holiday planning.
  • Expense note management.
  • Company car fleet management.
  • Invoices related to HR suppliers.
Qualifications
  • Degree in economics, law, humanities or related fields.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or production settings.
  • English level B1/B2.
  • Proficiency in the Zucchetti HR portal or other HR software.
  • Strong PC skills, including Office and Excel.
Working Conditions and Offer

Full‑time schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00‑17:00 or 09:00‑18:00. … Contract Terms: Permanent direct employment, applicable collective agreement COMMERCIO, gross annual salary €30,000, location Cantù (CO).
