The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in HR roles within multinational contexts, especially in Manufacturing Industries. Strong leadership, negotiation skills, and a bachelor's degree in Legal or Economic are essential. The role involves managing daily HR activities, recruiting processes, and collaboration with executives to address HR issues.

Competenze

Responsibilities
  • Daily management of the HR operations, being the interface towards the business;
  • Manage employees on HR matters and Industrial Relations topic;
  • Manage day-to-day HR activities and daily BU/Teams needs;
  • Working closely with L&D on Leadership Empowerment;
  • Facilitate the implementation of Special Projects for specific business environment by supporting the Line Managers and HR Team;
  • Working closely to business supporting organizational changes, mitigate people related risks, cost optimization, acting;
  • Organize and manage internal and external recruiting process, managing Induction process for new employees;
  • Delivery of the HR plans, Policies and Procedures;
  • Collaborate with VP Director to solve HR issues, identify countermeasures or propose solutions
What we need from you
  • At least 3 years experience as HR Plant or HR Business Partner roles in a multinational or complex environment from Manufacturing Industries;
  • Bachelors degree in Legal or Economic
  • Strong experience within Industrial Relations
  • Leadership attitude and able to work independently and with full autonomy
  • Strong interpersonal relationships with distinct levels in the organization
  • Attitudes towards negotiation and leading projects and people
