About Aethos Monterosa

In the middle of the Aosta Valley below the Monte Rosa and Cervino glaciers lies Aethos Monterosa. A 30-room five-star luxury resort with two F&B outlets, a SPA, and its own climbing and ice climbing wall. We are currently on a pre-winter season break, and when we reopen, the hotel has to be filled with life and a new team! The essence of great hospitality will however always be an outstanding team. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Assist housekeepers with the transport of linens, cleaning supplies, and other materials across the property.
• Collect and distribute clean and dirty laundry, ensuring proper handling and organization.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, such as delivering extra amenities or retrieving luggage.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage rooms and equipment.
• Handle garbage disposal and recycling tasks efficiently while adhering to health and safety standards.
• Perform light cleaning tasks, including vacuuming corridors and common areas, as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department promptly.
• Support the housekeeping team during peak times to ensure seamless operations.

Core Competencies

• Fluent in English & Italian is a must
• 2+ years of hospitality experience
• Collaborative and communicates well and accomplish tasks at efficiently
• Must be a natural host and passionate about the hospitality industry in general
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in the workplace.
