A healthcare technology firm is seeking a Help Desk Technician to assist users in accessing and troubleshooting telemedicine infrastructure. You will support various telemedicine services and interact with clinical operations. Candidates should have a degree in IT or digital health, with strong skills in communication and analysis. Full smart working is guaranteed one day a week.

Position

Technician – Help Desk Telemedicina

Location

Firenze / Pisa / Siena (workplace supported by treno, full smart working)

Responsibilities
  • Assist users in accessing, configuring, and troubleshooting regional telemedicine infrastructure.
  • Support services: regional telemedicine infrastructure, televisita, teleconsulto, teleassistenza, telemonitoraggio level 1 and 2.
  • Collect user requests, resolve common problems, and forward complex issues to higher support level.
  • Operate mainly in clinical and diagnostic operational areas, interacting between regional IT applications and patient, hospital and health structure operations.
Qualifications
  • Education: degree or diploma in IT or digital health, experience in telemedicine optional.
  • Knowledge of digital health flows: appointments, reports, online consultations.
  • Familiarity with connected medical devices: blood pressure monitors, portable ECG, etc.
  • Basic IT security: data protection, GDPR, encryption.
  • Soft skills: proactive, analytical, problem solving, communication, attention to detail, punctual, positive attitude.
  • Languages: Italian, English good knowledge.
Benefits

Full time (Monday to Saturday 08:00-20:00, 8-hour shifts, coverage for on-call), full smart working one day a week.
