A leading insurance company in Milan is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support pre-sale activities and client onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a Master's in Economics or Marketing, 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in English and Italian. This role includes planning commercial initiatives and interacting with various stakeholders in the health benefits sector, offering a dynamic and inclusive work environment.

Overview

JOB PURPOSE / ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Pre-sale activity, support to sales strategy definition
  • Focal point for selected brokers / agents or direct channel clients
  • Sales development planning, commercial initiatives, development campaigns preparation with all distribution channels
  • Public / Private Tender Planning and support to Underwriting / Pricing team during tender analysis and quotation phase
  • Post sales activities: new clients onboarding, account management, manuals / tutorial preparation, technical support (even on legal / tax -“Cassa di Assistenza” use for mid-large clients)
  • Health Market Knowledge / research, New Product development support
  • Liaising with other business functions: Sales Agents / Broker department, Product & Pricing, Underwriting, Claims, TPAs (internal and external), group international clients department
  • Sales analysis, guidelines, and reporting preparation
  • New business / Renewals process support
KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • Master's Degree in Economics, Marketing
  • 2 / 5 years of experience on Health or employee benefit area in Insurance Companies, Health funds, Consultancy Firms
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently as well as engage and interact with different stakeholders
  • Advanced knowledge of the sales processes in health / employee benefit policies of agents-broker channel
  • Proactive approach
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and sharply meet deadlines
  • Curious about new approaches and committed to continually increase technical knowledge
  • Fluent in Italian and English, written and spoken
