Your Mission

As Head of Sales Italy, you will be responsible for leading our commercial activities in Italy. Your focus will be on sales strategy, team leadership, business development, and international collaboration. This is a high-impact role with direct influence on our market success in Italy.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the national commercial strategy

Lead, coach, and develop the Italian sales team

Strengthen both wholesale and direct sales channels

Manage and grow key customer relationships

Monitor performance metrics, profitability, and market trends

Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Logistics

Coordinate with the international commercial team (monthly meetings in Austria)

Travel regularly within Italy and occasionally abroad

What You Bring

Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally in foodservice, hospitality or FMCG

Strong knowledge of Italian B2B sales and distribution models

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Hands-on mindset with strategic vision

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (analytics, forecasting, reporting)

Intercultural competence and experience in international teams

Fluent in Italian and English - German as BIG Plus!

Willing to travel frequently

Residence in Central or Northern Italy preferred
