Overview

Energica is entering a new phase of growth following a strategic reset. This is a rare opportunity to build and scale the European commercial engine of a premium performance EV motorcycle brand - with full ownership, real autonomy, and board-level visibility.

We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Sales – Europe: a commercial leader who can close, fix, scale, and innovate - someone who understands the realities of complex dealer/importer structures and knows how to turn them into high-performing networks.

This is not a passive channel role. This is a builder’s role.

What You’ll Own
  • Performance of 80 to 100+ dealer / importer relationships across multiple markets
  • Design and execution of Energica’s European go-to-market strategy
  • Sales pipeline, conversion, and dealer productivity - end to end
  • Implementation of AI-driven lead generation and CRM intelligence to improve demand capture and close rates
What You’ll Do
  • Build, restructure, and optimize complex European dealer & importer networks
  • Fix underperforming markets; scale high-potential ones
  • Personally close strategic dealers and partnerships
  • Leverage AI tools for lead sourcing, qualification, forecasting, and market intelligence
  • Create out-of-the-box sales initiatives (motorsport adjacency, brand partnerships, experiential retail, fleet & special programs)
  • Represent Energica at key industry, motorsport, and dealer events
  • Maintain disciplined reporting, forecasting, and execution cadence
Who We’re Looking For

Experience & Track Record

  • 8–15+ years in sales leadership within motorcycles, automotive, motorsport, or premium mobility
  • Proven responsibility for multi-country European sales
  • Demonstrated success managing dealer/importer models
  • Experience rebuilding or scaling markets—not just maintaining them

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field preferred)
  • MBA or equivalent is a plus, not a requirement

Languages

  • English: Mandatory (professional fluency)
  • Italian: Strongly encouraged (spoken and written)
  • Third European language (French, German, Spanish, etc.): Optional but a strong advantage
