The company is looking for a Head of PMO based in Piacenza, reporting directly to the CFO of the Italy platform, whose main activities will include:

• Team management: both Getec personnel (2 FTE) and external PMO consultants (4 FTE)
• Local Road Map Definition And Management
• SAP implementation: project manager for SAP implementation of all Italian legal entities
• Alignment with Group functions such as PMO, IT and Post Merger Integration

Responsibilities

• Ensure that projects are aligned to short and long-term goals of the business and are properly prioritized
• Manage the dependencies between projects and between projects and day to day activities
• Manage the projects during all project phases starting from the kick-off to the monitoring/closing phase. Including project documents and meetings scheduling
• Monthly reporting
• Define, implement and maintain an efficient project governance framework

Hard Skills

• University degree in Economics & Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• +10 years of working experience, of which +5 years as a Project/Program manager
• Preferred at least 5 years of working experience in consulting firms in project manager roles

• Project management abilities to plan, coordinate, and deliver tasks on time

Location: Gragnano Trebbiense (Piacenza) with commuting to other Group offices, in particular Assago and Alessandria
