A luxury hotel group is seeking a Director of Rooms in Italy. This role involves overseeing the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Reservations departments while ensuring exceptional guest experiences centered on wellness and sustainability. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of leadership experience in a 5-star environment, along with strong operational knowledge and fluent communication skills in Italian and English. The position is full-time and part of the Executive Committee.
