A leading technology company is seeking a Head of Business to drive the commercial success of its solutions in Italy. This role includes leading a high-performing sales team, executing a go-to-market strategy, and ensuring strong customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales within a tech environment and must be an effective communicator in both local and English. The position is based in either Milano or Brugine-Padova and offers an opportunity to influence the local market landscape.

  • Proven ability to drive B2B sales in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative sales approach.
  • Skilled in CRM usage, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and align with central teams.
  • Knowledge of the local market landscape and customer needs.
  • Clear and persuasive communicator in local language and English.

Mansioni

  • Execute the country-specific GTM plan in alignment with the central strategy.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring CRM accuracy.
  • Drive partner engagement and activation in the local ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and conversion rates.
  • Represent the company in the local market at customer events.
