A global pharmaceutical company in Parma is seeking a Life Cycle Quality Head to oversee quality operations management across manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance, including 10 years in leadership roles. You will collaborate with Quality Directors and Compliance teams to enhance quality performance, fostering a culture of excellence. Chiesi Group has three production plants: Parma (Italy), Blois-La Chaussée Saint Victor plant (France), and Santana de Parnaiba (Brazil).

Purpose

Within the Global Quality Operations department, we are seeking a Life Cycle Quality Head to lead and oversee quality operations management across our manufacturing facilities and laboratories.

Main Responsibilities

• Integrated Quality operations Management: Support to oversee and ensure the consistent quality of products manufactured across our Chiesi Farmaceutici SPA sites.
• Cross-Site Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Quality Directors at each site to address common challenges.
• Collaboration with Compliance: Work alongside the Compliance teams to ensure that quality standards meet internal and regulatory requirements.
• Strategic Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to drive a culture of quality excellence throughout the organization.

Experience Required

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with EU, US and rest of the World Authorities (EMA, FDA..)

Education

Degree in scientific disciplines

Languages

• Fluent in English spoken language
• Proven ability to write clear, concise, and grammatically correct content in English
