A leading home appliances manufacturer is seeking a Head of Finance to oversee various functions including Accounts Payable and Treasury. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in finance management and a relevant degree. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance and coordinating audits. This full-time position is based in Milan, Italy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the following macro areas within the department: Accounts Payable, Taxation, Treasury, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, General Accounting.
• Ensure quality and timely accounting, reporting, and budgeting data.
• Ensure tax and foreign trade compliance in coordination with C/TX.
• Coordinate local audit.
• Support local management and the supervisory board in its activities according to Article 231.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven track record in finance management, preferably in a corporate setting with at least 5 years experience.
• Experience in IFRS, local GAAP and tax law.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
