A private equity firm based in Italy is searching for a Group Chief Financial Officer who will be instrumental in managing their decentralized portfolio. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in healthcare and retail business models, along with successful track records in post-merger integrations and exit readiness. Proficiency in both Italian and English is essential for this high-stakes CFO role. The position is permanent and expected to start in Q1 2026.

Competenze

• Demonstrated experience in business models related to healthcare services, retail, and/or other decentralised organisation models.
• Demonstrated experience in Post-Merger Integrations, Consolidation and Synergy realisation as part of a buy-and-build strategy.
• Demonstrated experience in exit readiness, ideally leading a private equity exit.
• Demonstrated experience in dealing with banks for covenant reporting in an LBO scenario.
• Demonstrated experience and focus on successful management of cash, NWC, and other liquidity topics to increase the cash position.
• Fluency in Italian and English is seen as a must.
