The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing training requirements, preparing training proposals, and managing training delivery while maintaining optimal budget performance. A Bachelor's degree and excellent English proficiency are required, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The role involves global travel up to 50% of the time.

Competenze

• Previous experience of 2–3 years in relevant industries is advantageous.
• Certified Workplace Assessor and Internal Verifier are advantageous.
• Ability to travel globally 25-50% of the time.
