Competenze

• At least 3 years of experience in the legal department of an IT or tech company.
• Experience in corporate law, intellectual property, AI law, or dispute resolution is considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with SaaS business models and IT industry.

• Advise on a diverse range of legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ensure our data practices meet GDPR and other global privacy standards.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with vendors, partners, and customers.
