This pivotal role involves strategic partnering with R&D leadership and ensuring financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for a diverse portfolio. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in the biotech sector, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, international setting.

Competenze

• 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in leadership.
• Deep experience in biotechnology/pharmaceutical sector with expertise in R&D finance.
• Proven ability to coordinate global teams and manage sensitive information.

Mansioni

• Develop global R&D financial strategy aligned with corporate finance objectives.
• Oversee global R&D budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Ensure timely monthly reporting and analysis for Head Office.
