This Position reports to :

Global Product Marketing Manager

Your role and responsibilities
  • Define and implement the training strategy for the DIN rail portfolio following the Product Lines and Local Business Line strategies.
  • Ensure the definition and execution of qualitative education programs related to the portfolio of the Business Line Energy Distribution for customers and internal stakeholders, in particular PMM and PMS community and Sales teams in the countries.
  • Collaborate with the Global Product Management, Global Product Marketing and Sales Development from Energy Distribution Business Line and with Global Training Manager, Local Training Manager from the Marketing and Sales SBSP organization.
  • Design and maintain training modules that outline available programs, descriptions, prerequisites and schedules, ensuring EL Academy keeps Course Finder updated and easily accessible to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Design comprehensive product training programs and materials tailored to various customer segments, products and services within the DIN Rail portfolio with a focus on Residential, Commercial and Industrial Buildings applications.
  • Contribute to the development of an annual training plan aligned with business goals, customer needs and resource availability, including scheduling training sessions, allocating budgets and setting yearly objectives.
  • Implement diverse training methods such as in-person workshops, online courses, webinars, Customer Factory Experience, business development workshops and hands-on demonstrations to effectively reach a global audience.
  • Prepare and execute launch plans for new product and solution introductions while developing dedicated training programs for internal stakeholders and key customers.
Qualifications for the Role
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, virtual teams and complex stakeholder networks.
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge and experience of CRM and Power BI preferred.
  • Bachelors or preferably Masters degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business Administration.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in global and complex organizations.
