Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven IT Project Manager to oversee end-to-end technology-focused projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a good understanding of IT systems, and experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party involvement to deliver successful outcomes within defined timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Lead project teams, coordinate resources, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Monitor and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth go-live.
• Oversee different project phases to guarantee that the system implemented meets performance and functional requirements.
• Provide clear documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Management, Engineering, Economics or related fields.
• + years of experience managing international and high-complexity IT projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Attitude to work in a team in dynamic contexts.
• Good familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Past experiences with Salesforce implementation projects is a very nice to have.
