We are looking for a: Scope & Change Management Manager who is available for an indicative period of two years in the UK, before returning to one of Leonardo Italia's sites.
Site: Torino Corso Francia
Oversee the comprehensive management of programme scope, requirements, and change control processes within the programme. The role will ensure that all programme objectives align with strategic goals while adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
Requirements Management: Lead the requirements identification by engaging with stakeholders to identify, analyse/validate, and document programme requirements that are clear, concise, and aligned with programme goals.
Change Management: Implement a structured change management process to evaluate, approve, and document changes to programme scope and requirements. Assess the impact of changes on programme baselines (schedule, budgets, and resources) and communicate the changes effectively to all stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor’s or higher degree in relevant subject.
