Full Stack Engineer, LearnWith.AI (Remote) – $100,000/year USD

Join LearnWith.AI as a Full Stack Engineer, focusing on AI‑driven products that reshape education. You will build scalable, maintainable solutions that deliver real impact.

Base pay range

$50/hr – $50/hr ($100,000/year).

What You Will Be Doing

• Design and deploy full‑stack capabilities: shepherd user stories from conception to delivery; validate requirements, architect scalable systems, implement backend and frontend logic, conduct rigorous testing, and release to production.
• Identify and resolve bugs: diagnose issues via root‑cause investigation, address fundamental problems, and prevent regressions through strategic testing.
• Elevate code‑quality standards: assess plans and pull requests to ensure precision, simplicity, and accuracy, preventing technical debt at the source.

Products you’ll help build

• TeachTap: AI animates historical figures within a TikTok‑style learning platform.
• TeachTales: personalized, enchanting stories that enhance student comprehension.
• TimeBack: a learning copilot integrated with existing applications, offering proactive student coaching.
• Athena: AI‑generated videos and assessments that produce measurable academic results.

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Creating pixel‑perfect interfaces or intricate back‑ends for complexity’s sake.
• Executing specifications mechanically without grasping the underlying problem.
• Spending time in prolonged meetings debating roadmaps and priorities or tracking down stakeholders.
• Merely delivering features; you’ll own solving genuine problems.

Basic Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of production‑level front‑end and back‑end web development experience (any framework).
• Strong ownership: proven track record owning entire modules, product features, or teams beyond isolated tasks.
• Independent execution: ability to remove own blockers, set rhythm, navigate ambiguous scenarios.
• Experience incorporating generative AI into daily workflow.

Working with us
