Job Opportunity: Full Stack Developer
A global online trading platform specializing in Forex, oil, and gold is partnering with GRS Recruitment to hire a Full Stack Developer for their Nicosia offices. If you are interested and meet the qualifications, GRS looks forward to hearing from you regarding this position.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Build high-performance, SEO-optimized websites using HTML, CSS, JS, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or PHP).
- Integrate with REST APIs, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Optimize website performance, security, and page load speed for Core Web Vitals.
- Handle full deployment processes, version control (Git), and staging environments.
- Create reusable components and page templates supporting campaign scalability.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to implement visuals.
- Debug, test, and refactor code for cross-browser and mobile compatibility.
- Implement tracking scripts and conversion pixels securely across pages.
- Work with SEO specialists on crawlability, structured data, and tag management.
- Maintain documentation for future development and scalability.
Candidate Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in web development and UX/UI within Forex, CFD, or Marketing industries.
- Proficiency in WordPress development.
- Skills in Figma for design, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience designing websites for lead generation (non-eCommerce).
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills for remote teamwork.
- Availability to work during AEST business hours.
- Familiarity with technical SEO is preferred.
- Experience with WP Engine (training available) is preferred.
- Knowledge of version control tools like Git/GitHub is beneficial.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage feedback and iterate designs efficiently.
- Calmness under pressure and adaptability.
- Dependability, organization, and communication skills in remote work.
- Portfolio of past work required for application.
