Job Opportunity: Full Stack Developer

A global online trading platform specializing in Forex, oil, and gold is partnering with GRS Recruitment to hire a Full Stack Developer for their Nicosia offices. If you are interested and meet the qualifications, GRS looks forward to hearing from you regarding this position.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Build high-performance, SEO-optimized websites using HTML, CSS, JS, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or PHP).
2. Integrate with REST APIs, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
3. Optimize website performance, security, and page load speed for Core Web Vitals.
4. Handle full deployment processes, version control (Git), and staging environments.
5. Create reusable components and page templates supporting campaign scalability.
6. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to implement visuals.
7. Debug, test, and refactor code for cross-browser and mobile compatibility.
8. Implement tracking scripts and conversion pixels securely across pages.
9. Work with SEO specialists on crawlability, structured data, and tag management.
10. Maintain documentation for future development and scalability.

Candidate Profile

1. At least 3 years of experience in web development and UX/UI within Forex, CFD, or Marketing industries.
2. Proficiency in WordPress development.
3. Skills in Figma for design, wireframing, and prototyping.
4. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
5. Experience designing websites for lead generation (non-eCommerce).
6. Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
7. Effective communication skills for remote teamwork.
8. Availability to work during AEST business hours.
9. Familiarity with technical SEO is preferred.
10. Experience with WP Engine (training available) is preferred.
11. Knowledge of version control tools like Git/GitHub is beneficial.
12. Proactive problem-solving skills.
13. Ability to manage feedback and iterate designs efficiently.
14. Calmness under pressure and adaptability.
15. Dependability, organization, and communication skills in remote work.
16. Portfolio of past work required for application.
