Romazzino, a Belmond Hotel in stunning Costa Smeralda, is looking for a talented Front Office Agent to join our team for the 2025 season.

The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in world-renowned destinations to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity, and community.

He/she is passionate about service and eager to grow professionally.

He/she works closely with guests during their stay to discover their preferences and tailor recommendations accordingly.

Reports to the Front Office Manager.

  • Fulfill Front Office operations according to company policies, standards, and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times.
  • Responsible for cash handling and guest bill payments.
  • Communicate all relevant guest and group activity to appropriate internal departments.
  • Anticipate guest needs and handle complaints effectively.
  • Ensure all communications are processed correctly.
  • Accurately collect and record guest details.
  • Run End of Day processes and complete all relevant accounting checks.
  • Generate monthly reports.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Italian; third language preferred
  • Professional experience in a similar role within a luxury environment

Contract: Seasonal Labour according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo (Confindustria).
