A recruitment consultancy is seeking freelance recruiters to assist with headhunting for their open vacancies across Europe, Asia, and LATAM. This position requires a strong commitment to results and an autonomous mindset. Candidates must possess technical recruiting knowledge in various sectors, including IT & AI. The role offers flexibility, allowing recruits to work remotely while contributing to an international team. Ideal applicants will have an HR background and experience with HRIS and ATS systems.

✅ Experience with setups for HRIS & ATS systems (e.g. Teamtailor, LinkedIn recruiter, Workday)

✅ HR diploma or related academic knowledge in terms of Headhunting and Talent Acquisition.
