A transportation services provider located in Milan is seeking a Safety Coordinator to oversee compliance auditing, driver qualification management, and safety training programs. The ideal candidate will support the development of proactive safety initiatives and manage operational data to ensure compliance with FMCSA standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, experience with safety compliance tools, and a commitment to enhancing the safety culture within the organization.

Competenze

• Experience in safety compliance auditing and documentation management.
• Strong organizational skills for data entry and record keeping.
• Ability to train and monitor driver compliance.

Mansioni

• Audit driver Hours of Service logs for compliance.
• Monitor and report Unassigned activity for drivers.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires.
• Manage and track safety training documentation.
• Document and maintain vehicle inspection records.
