A leading fintech company in Trieste is seeking an Application Support Analyst to ensure quality and optimal use of applications and support customers effectively. Key responsibilities include incident management, user training, and functional documentation development. The ideal candidate holds a BS or MS in a related field and has at least 1.5 years of fintech experience. Communication skills in English and Italian are essential, along with the ability to work shifts and weekends in Milan.

Competenze

• 1.5 years of experience in a similar role in the fintech field.
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends (specific to Milan location).

Mansioni

• Manage and optimize existing and new application functions.
• Ensure the optimal use of the application by end-users.
• Monitor and control the quality of datasets daily.
• Be the point of contact for end-users and handle system issues.
• Perform incident management.
• Configure and test functionalities.
• Support team in defining and analyzing user requirements.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation.
• Perform user training.

Conoscenze

Basic knowledge of SQL language
