AXA Italia is looking for a specialist in Reporting Solvency II Pillar 3 and Group IFRS to support the quarterly close and regulatory compliance activities within the Finance department.

Responsibilities

• Support the Group AXA IFRS quarterly close, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Participate in cross‑functional activities, such as reconciliations between IFRS equity and Solvency II Own Funds.
• Manage and define the reporting calendar in line with Group instructions and industry regulations.
• Study, apply and update Group instructions for correct reporting generation.
• Manage the IFC process and prepare Group policies.
• Use the MAGNITUDE reporting tool for consolidated IFRS balance sheet and Solvency II reporting.
• Analyze, produce and deliver the Solvency II Pillar 3 regulatory reporting for Group AXA and regulatory authorities (IVASS).
• Draft and send the Solvency and Financial Condition Report (SFCR) and the Regular Supervisory Report (RSR) annually.
• Support the production, control and submission of quarterly and annual Quantitative Reporting Templates (QRT).
• Conduct the quarterly Solvency II Pillar 3 close, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering Management or related fields.
• Preferably experience from the insurance or financial sector.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, solvency balance sheet, QRT and consolidated financial statements.
• Fluent in English.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting and data analysis tools.
