Role Description

We are looking for a Finance & Control Specialist to join our growing team and support the Chief Operating Officer in managing all administrative, financial, and management control activities. This is a key role for someone who wants to combine financial accuracy, operational insight, and strategic vision in a fast-evolving, innovation-driven company.

Your mission

You will ensure the effective management of all financial and administrative processes — from treasury to reporting — and play a central role in implementing a robust management control system that supports business growth and accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cash flow and treasury, monitoring collections and payments, maintaining an up-to-date cash forecast.
• Oversee accounting, financial statements, and tax compliance, coordinating both internal and external resources.
• Ensure accurate reporting of all activities and expenses related to public grants and incentive programs.
• Develop cost accounting and management control tools, including the evaluation and implementation of digital systems (ERP, business intelligence, etc.).
• Prepare financial and management reports for internal and external stakeholders.

What we’re looking for
