A global healthcare company is seeking a Field Trainer in Milan to deliver technical support and training across the Emerging Markets, primarily in the Middle East. Responsibilities include supporting device implantation, training internal teams, and maintaining knowledge of therapy developments. The ideal candidate possesses a medical or technical degree, is fluent in English and Italian, and is comfortable in multicultural environments. This full-time role requires extensive travel, making strong communication skills essential.

Competenze

• 23 years of experience supporting procedures in the operating room.
• Preferred experience with implantable therapies.
• Valid drivers license.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support during and after device implantation across the Middle East.
• Collaborate with the EM Division Manager and sales teams.
• Stay current with therapy developments and healthcare market dynamics.
• Apply best practices throughout the implant process.
• Monitor competitive products and activities.
• Follow complaint and field action procedures.
