More about the role

We’re looking for a Junior Field Service Engineer to join our Customer Service team in Milan, Italy.

After an initial training period you will support commissioning, maintenance, and customer assistance activities, ensuring proper system operation and a high level of service.

Responsibilities
  • Technical claim handling and incident resolution
  • Installed base Maintenance Services
  • Perform routine and corrective maintenance activities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with the support of senior colleagues
  • System commissioning
  • Prepare technical reports on the activities carried out
  • Provide technical support and basic training to end users
Qualifications
  • Technical diploma or degree in engineering (mechanical, electronic, automation, or related fields)
  • Basic knowledge of electromechanics, electronics, and/or industrial automation
  • Ability to use measuring and diagnostic tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical approach
  • Teamwork attitude and customer-oriented mindset
  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Fluent Italian speaker due to customer interactions
  • Frequent availability to travel domestically and, when required, internationally
