Position: Field Sales Representative - Protected Category (art. 1 of the law 68/99). Responsibilities
  • You are involved in many different development projects of our customers.
  • As a technical expert, you are responsible for preparing and conducting training sessions and technical meetings with customers and suppliers.
  • You influence the technical direction and priorities in customer projects based on Richardson’s design strategy, supplier input, and market conditions.
  • Attending supplier training events to keep up to date on product technologies and road maps.
  • Managing designs from conception to production, providing all sales support needed including customer visits, supplier visits and engineering services.
  • Maintain and grow customer database and defined vertical market and applications.
  • Provide reports and market knowledge of territory and growth plans.
  • You support our customers’ development engineers in selecting the right technologies and components for their next design.
Qualifications
  • 8 years+ of related experience, ideally with a distribution background in the territory defined above as a Field Sales Engineer.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
  • Ability to negotiate and to build relationships at all levels of customers and suppliers.
  • Fluent Italian and English at least at B2 level are required to succeed in this role.
  • Driver’s license.
  • University degree in electronics or related subject as a plus.
