Posizione
The selected candidate, reporting to the Technical & Service Director, within the scope of competence and assigned territories, will be responsible for the following activities:
- Install, maintenance, repair, and overhaul of all Sesami equipment;
- Second-level remote support;
- Performance of contractually required testing;
- Commissioning, testing, and on-site surveys;
- Organization of interventions within your area of expertise;
- Fault analysis and definition or implementation of corrective measures;
- Preparation of activity reports for the Service Manager.
Requisiti
- Technical knowledge in electronics/IT or willingness to acquire the necessary skills;
- Previous experience as an automated cash management systems technician is preferred;
- Retail/banking experience preferred;
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner;
- Strong commitment and dedication to work;
- Valid driving license for Class B vehicles;
- Availability to travel;
- Availability to work overtime upon request;
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Windows operating system / Database;
- Basic spoken and written English.
