Competenze

  • Laurea in ingegneria elettrica, RF o sistemi di radiocomunicazione.
  • 3+ anni di esperienza in ingegneria RF, EW o SIGINT.

  • Ottime capacità di presentazione e comunicazione.

Overview

Descrizione dell’offerta di lavoro Sky Spy is a fast-growing dual-use startup developing next-generation RF intelligence solutions for contested environments. We are backed by leading European VCs, combat veterans, and technologists. Our mission is to deliver intelligence that saves lives and empowers allied forces worldwide. We’re seeking a Field Application & Sales Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between our RF intelligence systems and customers across defense and commercial sectors. Location: Remote. Open to Europe/UK (Italy, Poland, Germany, France, and the UK preferred) Salary - $80,000-$120,000 (depends on involvement, experience, and results)

Responsibilities
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical evaluations at customer sites, defense facilities, and field environments
  • Answer technical questions about product architecture, system integration, and operational capabilities
  • Represent Sky Spy at defense conferences, trade shows, and industry events
  • Support sales process with technical expertise during customer calls, proposal development, and contract negotiations
  • Gather customer requirements and feedback
  • Develop technical documentation, application notes, and integration guides
  • Train customers and partners on system operation, deployment, and maintenance
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the engineering team for resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, RF engineering, radiocommunication systems or related technical field
  • 3+ years of experience in RF, EW, or SIGINT systems engineering, integration, or testing
  • Strong understanding of RF / EW / SIGINT systems and signal processing
  • Experience with SDR platforms and spectrum analysis tools
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel
  • English proficiency - C1+
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in defense, aerospace, or dual-use technology markets
  • Experience with technical demonstrations in the field or operational environments
