A fuel distribution company in Rome is looking for a Sales Support Expert to handle customer order entry and manage logistics tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in economics or law and have at least 3 years of experience. Proficiency in Excel and a good command of English are required. Overview

As a Sales Support Expert, you will be part of Enimoov SpA. Specifically, you will be responsible for entering customer orders into the company systems.

Main tasks

• Entering orders received from customers into company systems
• Travel organization with the reference carriers
• Management of loading authorizations at depots/bases
• Manage price list sending and CRM portal opening/closing (resellers)
• CONSIP order management
• Preparation of pro-forma invoices
• Reporting of trips from third-party bases/depots
• Due Diligence clienti/business partners
• Preparation of activity monitoring reports.

Required characteristics

• Degree in economics or law; other qualifications, even lower, may be taken into consideration, based on experience in the field
• At least 3 years of experience
• Good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel
• Good knowledge of the English language.
