Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields and experience in energy projects. Fluency in English is essential. This role is based in Verona, Italy.

Responsibilities

1. Collect and analyze technical requirements for overseas ESS projects.
2. Communicate with clients and design ESS solutions based on client needs; prepare bidding documents.
3. Identify technical risks and resolve system issues during project implementation.
4. Maintain client relationships and explore client needs and information.
5. Collect and analyze technical requirements of the local market, transforming them into competitive product demands.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power grid, mechanical, automation, or related fields.
2. Familiar with renewable energy power generation systems or power transformation and distribution systems.
3. Experience in microgrid energy storage system development; familiar with grid-forming PCS technology.
4. Knowledge of development processes and requirements of energy storage projects in overseas regions.
5. Priority to candidates with 3+ years of experience in energy projects (energy storage, photovoltaic, power generation, etc.).
6. Proficient in reading and understanding English technical specifications and papers; fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
7. Strong user needs analysis and customer relationship management skills.
8. Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, execution, and logical thinking skills.
