Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
    • Collaborate with supporting functions to generate demand and convert leads.
  • Customer & Partner Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
    • Conduct business reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
    • Address customer concerns collaboratively with support and operations teams.
  • Reporting & Forecasting:
    • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to leadership.
    • Track regional performance metrics such as revenue, margins, and conversion rates.
    • Manage sales activities using CRM systems to ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:
    • Coordinate with Solutions, Marketing, and local hardware teams to align sales efforts.
    • Provide field feedback to influence product and service improvements.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate sales team members, setting clear KPIs and providing coaching.
    • Foster a high-performance team culture focused on accountability and customer success.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
  • Strong decision-making skills to handle complex and urgent situations effectively.
  • Relevant work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market.
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, accept overseas travel, and preferably have overseas work experience.
