Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, collaborate with teams to generate demand, and convert leads.
  • Customer & Partner Management: Build relationships with clients and partners, conduct business reviews, resolve concerns, and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and utilize CRM for sales activities.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with solutions, marketing, and hardware teams, provide field feedback, lead and mentor sales teams, and foster a high-performance culture.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
  • Strong decision-making skills for complex and urgent situations.
  • Some work experience with basic understanding of the new energy market.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to travel overseas; overseas work experience is preferred.
